Shipping & Delivery We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery Estimates • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Cassandra's Kitchen is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the weight of your order. Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number and a link to track your package. Authority to Leave If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post may leave the package in a safe location or card it for collection at your nearest post office, depending on the service selected. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Cassandra's Kitchen is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and we will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue. International Shipping At this time, we only ship within Australia.
